The level of exposure each listing receives with our advertising program depends primarily on two factors; the type of package purchased and the market conditions in the area where the real estate is being sold.
Champagne Fizz
Users who choose the Champagne Fizz package will have access to our entire suite of marketing, advertising and promotional tools including; MLS listing, professional photography, yard signs with a phone rider, bi-directional corner signs (optional), electronic lockbox, unlimited full color brochures, monthly publication, and exposure throughout our site, blog, Internet feeds (craigslist, googlebase, propsmart, oodle, edgeio, trulia), and monthly email campaigns. The other primary benefit to this package is we come to you and take care of all the details, including price recommendations.
Soda Fizz
Soda Fizz package subscribers will receive all of the same features as a Champagne Fizz WITHOUT the MLS listing exposure. This package is designed for sellers looking to totally and completely avoid paying real estate commissions.
A Little Bit of Fizz
A Little Bit of Fizz package is our least expensive package, but our most popular because many sellers realize the power and exposure found through the MLS listing. Furthermore, this package allows sellers to pick and choose features at the start of their campaign or over time. So for example, you can add an email campaign at some later date, or get a lockbox after you move out. Whatever you want! One drawback to this package is you will need to take care of the details without our personalized visit.
All Fizbomap listing packages can be modified at anytime at no additional fee. If you need to change the price, the remarks or even improve the agent incentive, no problem… just let us know. All Fizbomap listing packages are guaranteed; if at some later point in the process of selling you elect full service real estate help from Genius Realty, Inc., you’ll get back whatever you’ve spent with Fizbomap at closing as a credit towards your 5% commission.
