This craftsman style home has bamboo flooring, wood wainscoting, and incredible detail throughout its 2,844 sq. ft. Additional features include all new plumbing, electrical, insulation, flooring, dual pane low E windows, and roof… basically, a brand new home. A gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite slab counter tops and plenty of storage space makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure.. The master bedroom located on the main floor is 21 ft by 15 ft, and has a walk-in closet. The master bathroom includes a granite slab counter top with double vanity, a walk-in, slate tile shower with solid glass enclosure, and custom cabinets. The house is wired for sound, and has built-in speakers with individual room volume controls. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath, as well as a surround sound movie room with built-in speakers.

There is a water filtration system at the kitchen sink, which also filters water for the ice maker. A water softener and hot water circulation pump add function and convenience for bathing, washing hands and doing laundry.
If you love the North End, but don’t love the typical North End home, you owe it to yourself to see how wonderful living in a North End home like this can be.
My first impression of this place is the great attention to detail. I believe that Wallace Construction built the home and I have to say that they did an excellent job.
From the color-stamped concrete to the not-often-seen bamboo flooring, this home shines from top to bottom.
