Fizbomap Introduces New 12×12 Magazine Format

Starting February, our monthly for sale by owner publication will be new and improved. We’ve made some changes to spruce it up a bit and add more features for our customers.
Here’s a quick run-down on what you’ll find different:
Larger Format
Our publication is now in a large 12 inch by 12 inch format. This is much bigger than our previous version coming in at 7 1/2 inches by 10 inches. Most companies would take this opportunity to cram more homes on each page, however, we’ve taken the opposite approach and have increased the size of each home’s ad space. We still have only 4 homes per page.
Of course this larger sized publication is still full color on glossy paper (can’t say that about the other for sale by owner service in town…).
Interior Photos
Interior photos you say? Yep, that’s right, we’re pleased to say that all of our homes in our magazine have up to 4 interior photos. These photos are full color just like the larger main photo, only difference is that they are a bit smaller in size. This is exclusive only to the Fizbomap publication.
With all these changes you would think that the cost would go up. Wrong. The pricing is still the same, we’ve just added more bells and whistles.
You can preview this new format online or wait and pick it up at your local Albertson’s anytime after the 5th of February.
