The Realtor Bubble?

Here’s an idea. We aren’t facing a housing bubble. What we have is a Realtor Bubble. “Pow!”
Here’s how it works. Motivated sellers drop their prices to be more competitive. This is done at the expense of real estate commissions. Seller and buyers elect to use real estate services such as Fizbomap.com and Redfin. Prices fall, but sellers are no worse off. They net the same at the closing table. The housing correction happens, but the only fall out is agent commission.

In today’s buyers market sellers need to be better educated about what their house is worth vs. what it might have been worth back in 2004/2005. Most fsbo’s are still living in a dream of getting a “top dollar” for their house. Good luck! And come back to Earth…
